Sponsor Our Events

We are keen to work alongside companies within the hobby in order to raise the quality of our regular events. As much as everyone loves free stuff, we don't want our sponsors to go out of pocket, so we have mapped out some sponsorship strategies that companies can use to engage with our player base.

Sponsorship Strategies

Resource Provision

Running war games events requires many resources such as Tables, Mats, Terrain etc. As our events grow in popularity and size we need to invest in more of these resources. Ideally we would like to buy these at a reduced cost, as we will usually be doing so in bulk.

Any company that can help us with event resources would gain the following as a minimum:

Their company logo added to all Player facing advertising
An avert post added to each events social media page in the run up to the event.
Their logo added to tables during events
A Weblink added to the event Link tree, which has a QR code on display throughout the event
Mention in the event briefing and awards speech.

Prize Support

We like to put up a decent prize pool at all of our events, and believe all prize winning players should win the cost of their ticket price in prizes at a minimum. Being able to purchase prizes and trophies at a discount means we can offer even better rewards to our players which in turn attracts more players to following events.

Like the resources we're not looking for freebies, just discounts so that our sponsors do not lose money but can highlight their products to our audience.

We would offer all the benefits listed in the resource section, as well as highlighting the products on social media and well as during the award ceremony.

Goodie Bags

We want all of our players to go home with something, so from when we started our very first event we've been giving away envelopes with token items such as stickers and custom dice.

These goodie bags ae given to all attending players and are a great way to get exposure with our entire player base.

We allow resource and prize support partnered sponsors to place promo material in these packages, which usually includes things such as business cards and flyers.

We are also happy to add any treats that companies would like to add for our players. A company does not have to be a resource or prize support sponsor but their contribution would have to be of use to the players as well as being promotional material.
